Your trust matters more than any feature. This policy describes, in plain language, what data Omniclara handles, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Omniclara (“Omniclara”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI marketing platform at app.omniclara.com and this website at omniclara.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or use our platform. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as an Argon2 hash), optional phone number and profile photo, company name and team membership.
Business and website data: the website URL you add and the public content we read from it (text, images, logo, colours), the business profile we build from it, and media you upload.
Content you create or approve: blog posts, social posts, videos, captions, templates, approval decisions and comments.
Connected accounts: when you connect Google, your website platform or social networks, we store the access tokens those platforms issue (encrypted at rest) and basic account identifiers such as the connected email or page name.
Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP addresses used for rate limiting and security, verification codes (stored only as a hash and deleted after use or expiry), and logs of AI usage and cost per company.
Contact form: the name, email, company, website and message you send us.
3. How we use data
- To provide the platform: learn your business, generate and schedule content, publish to the accounts you connect, and show traffic insights.
- To keep your account secure: verify sign-ins, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
- To send service emails such as verification codes, password resets, invitations and important account notices.
- To answer enquiries sent through our contact form.
- To operate, maintain and improve the reliability of the service.
4. Google user data
If you connect a Google account, Omniclara requests access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Site Verification to show your traffic and search performance, submit sitemaps and indexing requests for your published posts, and verify site ownership. If you ask Omniclara to create an Analytics property for you, we additionally request permission to create and configure it.
We use Google user data only to provide these user-facing features inside your workspace. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
Omniclara’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. You can disconnect Google at any time from your workspace, and you can revoke access from your Google account permissions.
6. Retention and security
We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. When a company account is deleted, its users, websites, content and connections are deleted. Verification codes expire within minutes; password reset links expire within an hour.
We protect data with HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage of platform tokens, hashed passwords, 2-step verified sign-in, role-based access and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile, change your email or password, disconnect connected accounts and remove media from within the platform. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
9. Children and changes to this policy
Omniclara is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email.
