Please read these terms carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when using Omniclara.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Omniclara website and platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.
2. Accounts and teams
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details and verification codes confidential.
- Company owners and admins control who joins their workspace and which websites members can access, and are responsible for their team’s use of the Service.
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of the content you provide and the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for content you approve for publishing and for having the rights to the websites, images, templates and accounts you connect. Content is published only after approval, according to your workspace settings.
When you connect third-party platforms (such as Google, WordPress, Shopify or social networks), your use of them remains subject to their own terms.
4. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI models to research, write and design content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review content before approving it, especially facts, prices, claims and anything regulated in your industry.
We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harmful content.
- No spam, impersonation or misleading endorsements.
- No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other workspaces.
- No use that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to.
6. Plans, limits and changes
Plans include limits on websites, team members and monthly content volumes, and may include an AI usage budget. Paid plan pricing and billing terms are agreed when you subscribe.
We may change or improve the Service. If a change materially reduces functionality you pay for, we’ll give reasonable notice.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your workspace data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
